Crescendo Rose Entertainment is a new San Diego management company for performers, musicians, and on-camera personalities, founded and built solo by Rick Magnus Rose. We're now open to developing and amateur artists — no roster cap, no closing date, everyone starts somewhere.
Embrace your past but build for NOW.
Day-to-day representation. Calendars, negotiations, and the unglamorous follow-through that keeps a career moving.
Rooms, stages, sessions, and dates. We pitch, we negotiate, and we put the terms in writing before anyone shows up.
Visual identity, creative direction, and media training. We build the artist, not just the next release.
Brands, sync, and collaborations — pursued only when they fit the work rather than interrupt it.
Crescendo Rose Entertainment opened in 2026 out of a rented room in the Gaslamp Quarter. Rick Magnus Rose has spent years working other people's rooms, tours and green rooms, and built this one alone on the parts that worked: obsessive follow-through, and terms short enough to read in one sitting.
Rick Magnus Rose built this alone — no partners, no committee.
Short contracts, no hidden splits, rates in writing.
A founder is at every first date. No exceptions.
Developing and amateur artists are always welcome — no closing date.
Rick Magnus Rose founded and built Crescendo Rose Entertainment on his own — while there is no founding roster to apply to, what's open is the developing artist golden door of opportunity: amateur, emerging, still figuring it out — that's not a disqualifier, it's where he started too. This door stays open, permanently. No deadline, no minimum resume.
